As we navigate through our opening, we want you to know that we take your safety, and the safety of our employees, very seriously. We are following the critical COVID-19 Guidance Standards developed by the CDC as well as our governor’s guidelines for fitness centers. Cool Springs Fitness has always been dedicated to delivering a healthy way of life to our community, and with a carefully planned and phased approach, we will begin to open. Each of us will play an important role in making this club a safe experience for us all. We are taking extra precautions to help our community stay safe and healthy. This includes extensive cleaning protocols and social distancing practices. Amenities and programming will also vary and be consistent with governmental orders and guidelines. We appreciate your help and understanding as we work through this time together.


  • Enter through the main entrance.

  • Temperature checks and health screening questions when you enter.

  • Social distancing required at all times.

  • Wear your mask or face covering whenever possible.

  • Capacity will be limited per state guidelines.

  • No guests allowed; members only.




A Comprehensive Approach

  • We continue to follow stringent sanitation protocols for proper disinfection, operation and maintenance, as well as adding additional procedures to achieve a new level of cleanliness. 

Deep Cleans

  • Continuous scheduled disinfection of high-touch surfaces throughout the club

  • Club hours adjusted to allow for overnight deep cleaning

Enhanced Procedures

  • Team members receive ongoing training on cleaning protocols and are provided with disinfecting kits

Self-Cleaning Stations

  • Easy, readily available equipment disinfectant spray

  • Hand-sanitizing stations are conveniently located throughout the club



A Safer Way to Be Together

  • We are taking careful actions to facilitate social distancing. Look for extra signs to guide you through each space and help us all practice social distancing.

Equipment Spacing

  • You will likely notice increased spacing between equipment and within workout areas to allow for appropriate social distancing.

Class Sizes

  • Group fitness classes will require reservations, and schedules will be adjusted to be consistent with governmental orders and guidelines and to allow for thorough cleaning between classes.




We’re One Healthy Community

  • CS Fitness is dedicated to the health and safety of our entire community, including our team members. In addition to adapting the environment in which they work to help ensure adequate spacing, team members will be required to wear masks and self-temperature checks will be taken at home or prior to each shift consistent with government orders and guidelines.




Nothing is more important than keeping ourselves, our friends, families and communities healthy. By following the advice on this page you can help support a safe, phased opening of our club. Together we can do our part to limit the spread of COVID-19, especially to those who are more vulnerable due to age, compromised immunity or pre-existing conditions.

Protect Yourself and Others

--While enjoying our club, please follow the current CDC guidelines about how to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus:

  • Wash your hands vigorously and frequently

  • Use a hand sanitizer that’s at least 60% alcohol

  • Keep 6 feet apart from other people

  • Avoid touching your face

  • Masks and gloves are encouraged but not required

  • Avoid contact with people who are sick


  • Stay home if you don't feel well

(Studies suggest that COVID-19 may be spread by people who are asymptomatic. But if you have a fever, a cough, shortness of breath, even just feel a little run down, don’t take a chance—stay home.)

  • CDC and state guidelines encourage seniors and other vulnerable populations to stay home.

  • Bring a towel, mask and filled water bottle

  • Keep the kids at home - No youth services are currently available.

Help Boost Your Immune System

  • Now more than ever, it’s essential to prioritize our health by helping our bodies better fight and recover from illness.

  • Get at least 20 minutes a day of exercise to prime the immune system, helping combat bacteria and viruses. Even low-intensity exercise like going for a walk or slowing down with yoga or meditation helps by reducing stress.

  • Eat a nutrient-dense diet composed of whole foods like meat, vegetables, fruits, nuts and whole grains while avoiding sugar, refined grains, processed or packaged foods.

  • Get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night to allow your body time to perform preventive maintenance, which helps bolster the immune system.

  • Spend time outdoors to naturally boost your vitamin D levels and/or consider supplementing with vitamin D + K2.

  • Consider taking supplements proven to support immunity
